Gun Control Extremists at Work: 2025 Legislative Session

While most gun owners in Texas and across America are experiencing an election hangover of the best kind, the gun control advocates in your community and in the Texas Legislature have doubled down on their extremist agenda.  In just the first three days of pre-filing for the 2025 Regular Session, we have seen multiple radical bills filed on every topic imaginable, from red flag gun confiscation (HB 234, HB 478, HB 655 & HB 893) to banning private firearms transfers (HB 397, HB 432, HB 461, HB 682, HB 808, HB 828) to restricting standard magazine capacity (HB 481) and semi-automatic firearms altogether (HB 443, HB 623). And let's not leave out the more than half-dozen proposals to restrict the rights of law-abiding young adults to purchase and possess firearms (HB 306, HB 313, HB 352, HB 384, HB 579, HB 1150, SB 41)

We are the prize the gun control organizations are after. We are coming to you with this detailed update because we have troops on the ground, ready to engage on your behalf.
